its much like the Nigeran Prince scams that have been going on for decades.. we still all get those e mails.. but some must fall for it.Its just these scams have invaded our real estate space.However if your an American Greed fan.. watch the episode on Remmington Financial  these guys were the king of pump and dump due diligence lenders..

Out of state Investing is always a much more involved venture, but it's certainly not out of possibility as long as you are fully educated in that market, have analyzed several properties, have visited or if unable to personally visit have a real estate professional that can tour and offer you an unbiased opinion, have your financial resources in check and have a good team of people in place there, especially when you can't be.

I am looking to get into 6-12 units and I find Leominster ( or Worcester ) generally financially attractive.I don’t, however, have any experience in that market in terms of rental outlooks, neighborhoods, Vacancies, help, management companies, snow removals etc..I have looked at many More affordable areas including Lynn, Lowell, City of Worcester - but I find myself somehow pulled towards Leominster.
