Ive been lookIng to get Into out of state real estate InvestIng. so Im Trying to find and understand what are some popular markets to to target other then my home of Pittsburgh pa. Also what advice and or experIence do you have with out of state investing?

@Chris Fuget I would stay close to home first. I buy 2-3 homes a month here in the Pittsburgh market and I wouldnt dare buy out of state unless I had an exceptional partner who knew that area, lived and invested in that area out of state. Its hard enough buying here and knowing the market like I do but to expand out to an area is a complete mistake until you are well grounded, knowledgable, financed and educated on the entire investment processes.
