My deal is, Data Entry is kinda of my field, and I was wondering , is there was any way to combine the 2? 

Flash forward to now, wanting to work as an investor made me WANT to combine the 2 fields, since everyone says "an investor should have their RE license" to make business easier.

depending on how much "large amounts" is, i would probably just focus on getting a good job in your field and leave the money alone until you get settled....in nola or wherever you end up going for work.

When you streamline the whole process, you can save money on the design/build side and on decision making - change orders happen less and mistakes get caught in the field faster when you wear all the hats because you are familiar with the project and the design intent.

I already own a business in another field.

My suggestion is to not be too virtual and to be more hands on in the field.

I actually work near there (behind USC baseball field) a couple days a week and my wife and I ride through that neighborhood quite often looking for property. 

I have chosen real estate as my career and am extremely motivated and excited to learn more about this field.
