What are the pros and cons of having your documents for download on your website?

For tax filing, I bought TurboTax Download version, which can file multiple tax returns.  

Some like my state / counties don;'t have the easy to down load lists.  

I went online to their website and downloaded that list to see what I could use that would be valuable.

And also built in squeeze pages that offer free downloadable Ebooks in exchange for a persons phone # and email address.  2.Stores My Contacts3.

I need to start going out and making offers and also, make the contract subject to a bunch of escape clauses and also, assign the contract to another investor for a quick profit. Who has these contracts that are legal...

It will also tell you How many rolls of drywall tape it will take to do the job.How many pounds of drywall screws or nails and their size.How many pails of Joint Compound you will need to finish the project.and all the tools you will need as well.Bonus- there is a free downloadable PDF as well with all kinds formula tables as to help make things easier. 

I am going to download everything and see how it goes.

Keep a denied applicant folder or file cabinet so If they try to say you didn’t rent to them because they were black, handicapped etc. you can cite the reason why which could be as simple as a low credit score. 

Then you can download this to Excel whenever you want to manipulate data.
