Tax valuation cards.
Hey, guys! This is only pertaining to wholesaling since that is what I chose to focus on for now. I recently went to 2 tax assessors, registry of deeds, and county courthouse in my area to try and get a good absentee owner list or any list of preforclosures, probates, etc and found that they don't have lists pertaining to those. Just basic property info.
I went online to their website and downloaded that list to see what I could use that would be valuable. There's 5,000 pages of properties including more info than I expected (name, homeowners property address AND mailing address, sq. Footage, picture of home, total value and net value, type of property, taxes that they paid for this year, and describe if they are doing business with rentals. To me, this seems like great info, but before I fire off direct mailing to these leads, would this list have potential to close me a deal and not waste money on mailing?
