Spreadsheet for tracking income/expenses
Does anyone have a template of a spreadsheet or other document that we could utilize for tracking income/expenses. We just purchased our first rental property together (vacation home that is managed by a property management company) but still need to track utilities, repairs, etc. Thank you!!

Congratulations! That's very exciting :)
Open a separate bank account, get debit cards and checkbooks for the account. Then run ALL your transactions (income and expenses) through that account. You can then add this account to Mint or one of the other similar tracking software systems so it auto-feeds from all your account activity. Then you can download this to Excel whenever you want to manipulate data. It will simplify life compared to creating a spreadsheet and tracking it.
