Next order of business is creating a website

So our next step in our checklist is to create a website. More like a realtor landing page with blog post and couple other things. So the question is what other options do we have other than wordpress or wix? To clarify I am asking specific to website design sites, not domain or host sites. I see many templates but they don't let you manipulate. I would like to be able customize things around. I will continue my search but your feedback is highly appreciated.

@Daphne V.

No problem. There is a theme called AgentPress and there are a lot of other themes for agents too that already have the functionality for IDX integration. You can get someone from Upwork to set everything up for about $100. I think you probably will be a lot happier in the long run that using Wix.

Yopu can send a PM if you need some tips. I was developing those sites for agents for about 4 years but now I am flipping houses full time...
