Has anyone ever gotten a foreclosure list from a bank?

I want to list my multi family property for sale but I don't really want my tenants to know I'm selling it.

2) We want all of this classified as passive income (and will for instance have a property manager), so I believe would want this classified as an LLC, with the investors listed as the owners.  

I am thinking of putting an offer in on a property that is listed on my county's tax foreclosure listing.

If I put in a pool cage now, I have the cash, it will be about 15k, can I list the house for 15k more and reasonably expect to get the money back? 

However, by doing that, you really aren't separating the LLCs because the master is still listed as the main one and you are going off that one EIN.

They need to get out of the property quickly, and it may not be able to list on the MLS.

@Casey Speer I would tend to think that if you have a property, and list it on that markets page, your intended  audience is going to see it there...  

Is it possible to have your address listed as the owner and the property manager's address listed for the purpose of sending correspondence?
