Has anyone ever gotten a foreclosure list from a bank?

I would like to ask my Credit Union for a list. Has anyone had success doing this?

Who are the appropriate contacts to ask?

John Anderson If my available funds are simply commitments from private money lenders, what would the banks like to see as proof of that?

Banks do not deal with foreclosed homes. Wells, Citi, BoA unload and sold the notes to other lenders who are in the foreclosed business. Almost all have a listing agent to present these lenders.

Hi gents! John Anderson how are these foreclosure lists beneficial to the investor? Won't the bank simply sell these listings as REO sales in their time? Does getting the list allow you to scoop these before they are public?
