The property details are more important than my details, so my credit score, income, and other assets are unlikely to impact loan terms for the better.A commercial loan under or near 1M is considered a small commercial loan, and I may struggle to find a loan provider.I've been reading that commercial multifamily between 5 to 10 units adds a lot of headache without really leveraging any economies of scale.

I use mint but also we have an internal company program we can use for detailed reports.

Without going into too many details or mentioning any specific sources that cause posts like this to get banned by BP, I'll just say that I have access to a very, very large database of off market properties and I have the opportunity to reach out to these property contract holders and do JV deals with them.

Before judgment is past I say lets learn the details of what is and isn't acceptable and then go from there.  

How to look up details of the property?

Without having a ton of detail, I would say don't fret if the first one you look at isn't the one, keep searching, but also know that no deal will be perfect.

I'm sure this has been discussed but I wanted to share a few details about my situation and get some advice on how would I best go about financing a deal.
