I Have Great News. I Don't Qualify For A Traditional Mortgage Loan. So Everyone A New Listing Goes Up I Contact The Buyer To See If They'll Consider Seller Financing. I Offer The Following:

$10k Down

Payments Between $450-$550/mon For 10yrs

Balloon Payment At End.

All Said "No". BUT This Morning I Woke Up To A Text Message From An Agent Who Says The Owner Will Consider! Fingers Crossed 🤞🏽

@Sheila Campbell

Seller financing can work great but the conditions have to be right and the person has to be motivated .

I have found tons of these deals online but when we sit down and hash things out . the sellers terms are often ridiculous and can’t be negotiated. My point is Getting someone to agree to seller financing is only half the battle . The devil is in the details
