Hey everyone!

Is there anyone on here wholesaling/flipping here in North Jersey?

I'm newly getting started, I've been watching alot of podcast over the last weeks and went driving for dollars this week. I now have an expanding list of 70 distress properties. Can someone share with me the next steps. How to look up details of the property? And how to find the owners information?... I plan on calling them directly, if anyone would like to share a cold call script, I would really appreciate that.
