The property needs some work on its exterior (roof, paint job, landscaping) and updates/fixes inside (bathroom update, kitchen update, window replacements, and hole fillings).

You can usually buy these lists from different data and list companies and can even customize them if you wanted to target a specific demographic.

Since this will be my very first investment i would like it to be in a state where at least I’ve lived on 😅(so i have an idea of the demographics)...I’ll look into other options though.

You want to make sure that their demographic aligns with their payment method. 23- Do you require me to list the property with you during its sale?

We just received a quote from a Snow Removal Landscaping Company, and they are stating it would cost $1,440 to "rake 8 feet of snow from the roof, and throw salt down to melt the ice."

Wasn’t sure if anything is going to change at all with a new administration and just the overall landscape in real estate. anyway, that would be awesome !

I have not paid attention to the demographics but do pay attention to amenities of the different areas around Las Vegas and Henderson NV.
