Where to start? Columbus...
Where to start? With no first property, having a hard time with the pricing of homes here! I get mad seeing what the asking prices are. But, I understand it’s the way it is right now. (I’m from Cleveland, so I know I could get much better pricing there but would like to start in Cbus) I think an owner-occupied purchase to then rent is a good way to start? Do I just look for pre-foreclosures? Seriously, one day I’m so excited and the next day.... I have no idea of what to do.
My timeline is to do something in and around 6 months from now. Do places need to be in the best area to cash flow? Anyway, I would love to get some direction to even start to have a realistic goal.
😊 thank you for any ideas

That's great Cynthia, I would start by getting pre-approved. I know of a bank that has a great portfolio loan for owner-occupants.
