Hey guys, so my partner and I are getting into our first BRRRR in Beachwood, OH. We ran our numbers and had an inspection done on the property. We are needing help from those experienced in OH that have done rehabs, flips, etc. Price per square ft. would help.

We see that this property needs the following repairs. 

Interior:

-Kitchen: Cabinets repainted/new fixtures, Counter tops

-Main Bathroom: Full remodel 

-Half Bath: Convert to a full bath

-Interior paint

-Flooring 

Exterior:

-Exterior Paint

-12 Windows

-Landscaping
