The reason this tool is so useful is that you can opt to pay it all off (for no penalty) whenever you want, or literally pay the bank "interest only" forever.  

I follow j Scotts methodology and I am looking for some tools to help me with all of the balls that need to be juggled.

Hi folks,For those of you who already implemented SOPs in your business and for those who are in the middle of the process...What tools, books apps or methodologies did you use that made a difference in regards to gathering and implementing Standard Operating Procedures?

People need to understand that a tool is not going to magically make it happen for you.

While both have defined roles and responsibilities for all parties involved, a partnership is used for an ongoing relationship where you are in collaboration for multiples deals or a series of like transactions on an ongoing basis.
