House Flipping Spreadsheet

Has anyone purchased/used the House Flipping Spreadsheet http://www.houseflippingspreadsheet.com/? I am in the middle of 2 flips and 2 extensive remodel/make ready's for rent and I am drowning in the management of projects. 

I follow j Scotts methodology and I am looking for some tools to help me with all of the balls that need to be juggled.  Specifically interested in some type of integrated software.
