Should I focus on consistency or amount per mailing campaign?

Hi BP,I'm wondering how many direct mail letters I should send out during my campaign.

A mix campaign?

An "expert" in wholesaling suggested reaching out to local attorneys asking for them to refer clients to us that may be looking to liquidate residential properties.Being that you never get a second chance to make a first impression, we want to make sure we go about this the right way.How might I go about figuring out the message and form of direct marketing (typed letter, written letter, postcard, etc.) that's best for this campaign?

Ok BP family, I've just started my marketing campaign (yellow letters), and I've taken the suggestion from BP of setting up a google voice account.

Something that can help with that is offering special promotions (fixed discount) on Airbnb for underbooked periods to raise your search visibility.That said, I've used Instagram pretty successfully to run campaigns that are shown in the areas my guests typically come from (NYC metro) and interests they have. 

I've just sent out my first March campaign, and although postcards are supposed to yield about 1/2% return, I went with them due to the fact that I could put out a larger amount of them at a lower cost.

Hi Friends,I am running multiple DM campaigns and am having a hard time keeping everything organized in some fashion that will allow me to really understand how each campaign is performing.

We have read that the best direct marketing mail campaign is to mail to each address multiple times.

you may consider a mail campaign to small apartment owners who are both looking to get out of their property and are willing to finance it.
