I've gathered from these forums and other sources that Raleigh/Durham has a fairly good rental market but how is the wholesaling/flipping market here?  

Also buying former rental property from landlords might be a good source.

I am wondering what the best source for getting property ownership information would be?

Did a little search on the best sources and I found this website to help learn and prepare myself.  

You guys are saying it, the podcast is saying it and other news and sources are saying it so I feel it's a much better option, regardless, I'm going to have to learn a new market might as well choose the "best".

Also Zillow isn't a valid source for ARV on houses. 

It is supposed to be an excellent source for contact information but it is difficult to get set up to be able to use it.

In my jurisdiction a CO monitor is mandated if you have a combustion source at your property, as is at least one smoke alarm per floor irregardless of a combustion source.
