Another tenant has a big front yard that used to be parking spots..has anyone ever asked a tenet to remove personal belongings so that I can make them parking spaces once more?

The yard has to be regraded but contractor  felt while the foundation was being done the excavator could do this too for a few more hours work.

figure 10% per month of GPR.Who is mowing the yard and shoveling the snow?

The front yard is is littered with trash, toys, bikes.  

And the door is open the police officer goes in and instructs me to wait outside he see a note and a wallet on the kitchen table he comes back out and tells me to now go sit in my car.He walks around the house then goes into the back yard and there is our hold over tenant a Veitnam vet sitting in a chair and had shot himself in the head and committed suicide..

It would exclude yard maintenance and utilities. 

Maybe their rent was only $1300 but now they have laundry, a garage and a yard and they’re gaining equity.
