Problem Neighbors Help Me!!!!!

Hi all- I have this situation with the neighbors. First off I have great tenants in my SFH. They called today said police were there last night, someone hit someone at the neighbors house. They have kids in the house. The kids are filthy. The actually appear dirty. The front yard is is littered with trash, toys, bikes. Looks like crap. The kids actually are coming over into my property and playing in the front and back yard and this is a huge concern. What if something happens when they are on my property. The neighbors back yard is so bad. It's a mud pit with toys everywhere. We have our yard fenced thank goodness.

Any advice on how to handle this situation. I want to make this a pleasant place for my tenants and this is not helping. Also I’m seeing now why I got a good deal on the place and I’m not to happy about it.
