I think the only think I can require is documentation for the ESA and move on.

You'll need a document assigning the contract to the new buyer for the closing agent.  

I am a do it your self kind of person and currently using H&R Block tax software to prepare my tax documents for this year.

I would make sure to get original signed lease documents from the PM though to make sure they aren't renting it for more than they are telling you and keeping the difference.

Make sure it's all documented so you can present a case to the board if you need to appeal and rule violations.

hello everyone, I am new to investing and am getting my criteria in order and have come across probate investing. one thing I am confused about thus far and hope to gain clarity about is, the documents or contracts that are used in purchasing a probate property. it seems there are different purchase contracts than a standard purchase agreement and also I am seeing a letter of testamentery?

I called first american title who has closed 4 properties for me in last 6 weeks and asked them to create documentation, they will not.  

I reported it to BP and sent them documentation proving it.  

We, as mortgage lenders, always request the most most intimate and delicate documents, so the lender may verify your identity without uncertainty.  

But the contract my lawyer wrote up was a very simple 1 page document that stated the terms we'd agreed to signed by me and then the seller stopped by their office and signed it.
