But these same people will shop the internet like crazed maniacs, chasing every .125% rate savings pop up ad they see, thru sources that don't deliver, and on loans they likely won't have more than 60 payments before they refi or sell anyway.

There are applications that will use the Google Street View so you don't have to physically photograph houses...

The sameness income generated between an Aor B neighborhood versus a D is going to be of different value.

Their thought is why would they pay $25 a month more for no added value?

If they will not do that then I would suggest walking unless the numbers still make the ROI worth the added repair costs.

My goal here is to create a golden thread that a beginner can follow to get to a solid rental investment that puts cashflow in the pocket and with an added element of a little fixing up, the potential to complete cash out and do again with the same money every six months.
