I/O (Interest Only) loans are making a comeback?

Sir, go easy on the throttle this time.   The last time we let you take a ride on this Ninja race bike you immediately tried to do a wheelie in the neighborhood, pulled back the throttle and crashed!  Then you, the self proclaimed "Experienced" rider blamed the cycle shop for allowing you to get on the bike!

This time, IF we let you have another ride on the Ninja bike/ (i/o) loan, we need you to promise that you'll to respect the bike's power and not be a complete fool/ financial moron!

I'm seeing I/O loans coming back in the market and this is a GOOD thing...for responsible borrowers ONLY!
