Lease Option Virginia Contract

Hello BP family,

I am a new investor working on my first LO deal here in VA. I have an interested seller which i'd like to put under contract. Can anyone here give me a good lease option contract that I can use in Virginia?

I checked the files section here on BP but nothing specific to Virginia.  I would greatly appreciate any help you all can provide.
