When to change the house locks when tenant left room for more than 3 weeks with all clothing and only left 2 pillows ans 2 sheets on the bed and stays some place else and locked the room.

I was considering buying a 2-3 bed 2 bath condo in my area for around $400K is the going rate at the moment with my fha loan option 1 or just put the 20% down to avoid the $170 buyer insurance for FHA loan.

Purchase price: $100,000 Cash invested: $40,000 2-bed, 2-bath, 1,284 sq ft under air.

For reference its 1,800 sq. ft. 4 bed, 2.5 bath.

Hi all - I am in the process of applying for my first commercial loan for a property that was a bed and breakfast but I will be turning into a short-term rental (Airbnb/VRBO).

I am assuming a 3 bed, 2 ba, no pool etc.I recently bought a home that looked like a cosmetic fixer and it has turned into a true money pit with all plumbing lines needing to be replaced, wiring brought up to code and even an new electrical panel due to arcing.  

@Luke ReningerI was thinking on turning the garage into a 1 bed 1 bath room and rent it out, but that would add up at least another 10K if I do most of the work myself...Too much work for the equity gain I suppose then.
