From what I have read the majority of section 8 tenants have been vetted heavily by their case worker.

If you have an iOS device you can open the podcast app and search their entire library or just BP podcast by topic/keyword.

Then when we went to close the mortgage on the land and the construction loan would be taken over by the VA loan.Hope this helps.
