STR Large Parcel Lending Options (40 acres)

Hello everyone! I'm evaluating a property near Yosemite National Park in California that currently sits on a 40 acre parcel. This property was owned free and clear by the previous owner and they've been operating it as an STR for many years. As I've been talking to lenders I keep running into an acreage maximum that most seem to have in place. Does anyone have experience working with DSCR lenders that would finance a property like this?

For additional context, the property contains two renovated log cabins with various amenities, hiking trails, and a few outbuildings. The main house is a 3/2 ~1400 sq. ft. and the other is a 2/2 around 1000 sq. ft.
