If those terms were not sweet enough, we were able to renegotiate to get an additional 6 months payments differed so we could reduce our negative amortization during the stabilization of the asset.

There could be exceptions (CA and only in certain exact spots) Although his study covered virtually any 30 year span. 

Level 2 in Old Mill might be a good spot to hold this .... they have a private room.  

I’ve also considered Asbury Park as a potential rental spot or location to house hack.
