We are focusing on residential redevelopment projects in the Central CT area.I currently work part-time with a national online curriculum company training teachers across the Northeast in the product, and my husband works full-time at ESPN in the IT Department. 

It was helpful to have the old Total Quality Management training when I was active duty. 

It seems Keller Williams is the best place for me to get started with all the training and help they offer.

That endeavor trained me - as owner - in many facets of cost estimation for remodeling of homes c.1880-1915 based on our work in both homes and multi-family condominium units and common areas in the historic Dupont Circle area, plus homes in Potomac MD. 

You'll also have a close eye on the property since you'll be living there which, I can tell you from experience, is great training for dealing with tenants.  

They are a specialty market that could go either way and are a risk.
