It would seem that turning a real estate training program into a successful business is very difficult because most of them are not around any more. 

This training can make you a multi millionaire  at best or put 50 to 100k+ in your pocket every year part time.

Focus on a specialty/niche whether waterfront, multifamily, vacation props or even just a specific neighborhood to be THE expert.
