I've been studying non stop all day since Monday (day of the seminar) reading books and doing research (sources kept pointing here so I signed up) and I'm going to start interning with a friend my mentor introduced me to a few months back that has commercial properties around Miami especially  wynwood.

For this reason, private money, non-bank sources of financing are taking increasingly more market share, particularly in U.S. mortgages.

They are the primary features every modern day kitchen must haves apart from the granite or the marble kitchen countertops. 1.

Also, make sure the companies doing your background checks are not the source of the problem.It's not surprising the applicant would be able to provide you with a list of previous addresses and landlord contact information. 

Are the features in the house in line with the neighborhood competitions?  

I like the features on this one, but $377 is a bit too much for a cheap rental.
