Hello my name is Shayaa Dobson and I'm 19. Real estate is something I wanted to do because it builds permanent wealth. So when one of my mentors (known him for 6 years) that is heading where I want to be invited me to a fortune builders seminar to learn some tips without a doubt I didn't procrastinate to take the offer and as a result I met his mentor a man that has been doing real estate for over 60 years. The seminar was inspiring so I decided to take that step and learn about real estate. I've been studying non stop all day since Monday (day of the seminar) reading books and doing research (sources kept pointing here so I signed up) and I'm going to start interning with a friend my mentor introduced me to a few months back that has commercial properties around Miami especially  wynwood. All of this progress within a week shows I'm serious and ambitious it's gotten to the point I constantly visializing my self living being where I want to be in life. Since I'm just starting whole selling is where I should start what do you all think? I'm open to tips, new ideas, networking, and interning.
