A true fund of funds would mean the FoF raises capital into a single offering, and then that offering is invested across multiple other investments.

My biggest advice is to Invest in high-quality, professional photos that highlight the lake views, dock access, and unique features like the gravel lot and dead-end road location.

The proceeds from the flips will be re-invested in syndication deals or move back to invest in stock market.
