I sometimes laugh at the pictures that are included on the website.

You got to look at the big picture.

Pictures of the properties would be beneficial in the long run, particularly for work they claim to have done and you withhold funds for. 

I asked for pictures of work completed.....that was 5 months ago and never received a response.

@Rudy HerreraIf you really have trouble visualizing it, you could try to learn a CAD program so you can draw yourself a picture but this might be extreme.You might try working with a designer.

@Geordy Rostad I am not sure about the size or condition of the garage by the pictures or description, but you are right, I never really looked into the amount it could bring but it looks like I’d be able to rent it out between $50-$100 a month at least.
