LLC ownership transfer

Hi; I'm new in this business and I currently have 2 properties that I'm renovating to resale. I purchased the houses under my name. I have been told that I should open an LLC for each property. Is it too late for me to open and LLC and then transfer the tile under the LLC so when I sell them I can release myself on the personal level of any liabilities?

@Mauricio Hernández Don't know if transferring title to a single member LLC will actually shield you from liability as many attorneys are expert in "piercing the corporate (LLC) veil, but it does put up an additional layer of possible protection.

Forming LLC is being easily done on the internet, popular states for LLCs are Nevada, Texas, Wyoming and Alaska; however benefits of out of state (foreign) LLC from where the property is located may illusionary.
