Every active deal I have done has had at least 400% return but some are better than others by a large margin and putting them all into the infinite return category which they also all fit into within a year is not helpful for improving and grow to be the best investor I can be.

Hi, we're Investors who have numerous Probate Estate Sales Wholetailing (Pre-Habbing) opportunities in the Baltimore/Washington, DC metro regions that require buying the property, cleaning it out ($3K or less of work) and putting it back on the market via the MLS to achieve superior ROI as opposed to completing a Cash Wholesale and or a Double Close transaction.
