Hi, we're Investors who have numerous Probate Estate Sales Wholetailing (Pre-Habbing) opportunities in the Baltimore/Washington, DC metro regions that require buying the property, cleaning it out ($3K or less of work) and putting it back on the market via the MLS to achieve superior ROI as opposed to completing a Cash Wholesale and or a Double Close transaction. Each transaction should take 60 Days or less to complete. We're looking to partner with REAL Private Lenders (not Hard Money Lenders) to assist us in financing the purchase and clean out work.
