Some hotels actually have a condo like structure, where people can own the units, but perhaps are limited on their personal use to only a certain amount of the year - the rest of the year it is in the rental pool managed by the hotel.If numerous room owners stopped paying their bills, you could get tax liens on numerous separately owned units.Hotels are a tough business, an issue I also see come up with them often is that they require refreshes, expensive and relatively often - at least once every 10 years, if not more often.

TECHNICALLY, this falls within the long-term laws because there are only 2 categories - long-term or short-term.

I'm thinking of maybe just lumping them into a category under repairs or something but want to see if others have a It sounds like categorizing deductions under a ‘repairs’ category could work as a temporary fix, but it might not give you the full accuracy you’re looking for long-term.

Also, as fyi, the load amount is for $487,500 (I'm not entirely sure if that would fall under a large transaction category).Yup  I would say there is a good chance that you front the 7500 and don't get the loan..
