Going through the eviction process now and there is a $1.500 outstanding on Water&Sewage ouch!!!

I also will be doing some fix and flips depending on how the process goes.

Im clearly asking how the driving for dollars process works.

An architect knows the stuff most GC's don't know, and often times on a full project will get the permits and get you moving through the project. 

I'm in the process of buying my first flip and I want to move in while fixing this property.Any advice is appreciated.Thank you 

From what I am being told is that they are going to remove the lien on the 21 unit and move the lien to a different property the seller owns. 

Are you changing layout and have to move drain lines, gas lines, water lines to new locations?

Very excited for my first move into real estate.

I increased the rent on the $600 to $850 and the other tenant moved.
