As u can tell, im excited to get started and I believe its better to get started now then wait for another crash happen.Im willing to go to any meet-ups and network on partnering/mentoring on deals and also interested in meeting up on local housing reno projects for the experience on construction and estimating rehab cost, which i still need more help on.

I purchased a class from a mentor, and I couldn't have been happier with it. 

I will be going to meet up with him just for the experience and I’m going to tell him I’m not paying a cent.I know I’m worth it and if no one is willing to mentor me then I will go thru the process of trail and error solo.

Are there potential mentor/friends like minded people can hang out and build friendships and learn from each other

I’m looking for a real estate mentor in my area who can offer me some advice when needed and guide me as I learn the ropes of the real estate investment.

He is also my mentor, good friend, and all around a fantastic person.
