Helping hand in NY/NJ

Hello BP,

Does anyone around the NYC, Yonkers, Westchester, Tarrytown, White Plains, Elizabeth NJ, Newark NJ, Patterson NJ area need a helping hand with a rehab? I would like to provide my free labor sweat equity for a chance to even learn how to put up a wall. Willing to help paint, do runs, gather materials, use my Spanish for tenants ( if you can't speak Spanish). Since I work a regular job 9-5 , I am available to help on Saturdays and Sundays.
