I just closed on my first property literally today.

There have been literally millions of real estate ads for sales and rentals posted over the years and I highly doubt the copy in the listing mentioned was entirely unique.

Condos at seaside resorts which were rented by the week, are being literally snapped up and converted to permanent housing.

But the housing market here is literally insane.

If you don’t fully eradicate the mold it will literally eat your home. water is the biggest threat to property. good luck.
