Trying to ballpark flooded house rehab. What to look out for.
Has anyone handled a home with flood damage that they would be willing to share numbers on? I'm looking at a 1500 Sq ft property that had a couple feet of water inside. I may not be able to get a contractor in there before I need to submit an offer. Just shooting for a ballpark idea. I'd value any experience you are willing to share. Thanks!
