Do keyword searches set up alerts on BP on wholesaling, fix n flip, direct mail, bandit signs, buy n hold, etc.

Anyway, I got an unsolicited e-mail from Phill Grove, who I had never heard of until I looked up posts about him here on BP. 

Needless to say, they did not sign for the letter and the court case was cancelled as the mail went  back to the courts.

They have to pay taxes on them and knowing how Philly works within 30days of closing the county will begin sending L&I out to the properties and mailing them notices to get it fixed up or penalties will be incurred.

.- Will mail until it is sold.

When you start getting return calls from a mailing campaign do you screen your calls with a voice mail or do you answer as many calls as possible?

You don't want all junk food, all liquor or all vegetables.  

It's my first promising direct mail lead.

Let me explain what I mean...Traditional marketing like radio, tv, newspaper, direct mail, flyers and card decks are next to worthless and they cost too much money in most cases.
