. :)I don't know what the interest rates are now, but back in May of this year you could borrow $1.5M at 0.99% and $3.5M at 0.76% through Interactive Brokers.

Most clients you interact 9 to 5 as they are professionals or own other businesses.I can do less transactions but make more money with regular hours with commercial and it leaves me free time for myself, friends, and family.

I would like to have written manuals of what I want them to do, so it frees up more time for me to interact more on new deals.

I am also new to the site and wanted to welcome you.There is an incredible amount of information here and so far everyone I've interacted with has been amazing. 

We currently have one rental and are looking to 1031 it into one or more properties to produce a better cap rate.We are really enjoying everything we have found in the bigger pockets community so far and look forward to interacting with the community in the future.
