The Ringless Voicemail Drop is compliant because: No phone call is ever made directly to the targeted subscriber.Only a landline to landline session, aka system to voicemail server, is established to drop the message.The targeted subscriber is not billed for the call.The phone does not ring and the network does not carry an active call.The FCC defines voicemail services as an Enhanced Information ServiceThe FCC has intentionally not regulated Enhanced Information Services.If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out to me.

Because there seems to be no ill effects (for her) to the damage she has done to me (as unpaid rent does not show up on credit reports), I’m trying to find a way for her bad behavior to show up elsewhere to prevent others from falling into the same trap as I did...I consider it community service :)

And put my name on the property by transfer But not to change the name on the loan.... because they can call the loan due .3: Repair with the intention to sell it . 4:Get contract deal at least out of it and pocket some money WITHOUT paying the fees .My credit got dinged a little bit but am doing everything to bring it up ... but I donot want loose on this because this deal just fell on my lap 2 days ago .
