New Utah Property Management Company: How much to pay the Broker?

Hi. I'm on the cusp of starting a new property management company in Northern Utah. My business partner and I (both freshly passed the UT agent test) will need work work under the supervision of a Broker per state rules, but will have a fully independent company aside from working under the broker on paper. 

So how much should this broker be paid in this situation? Presumably there will be some referrals back and forth, but I'm not familiar enough with the industry (yet) to know.
