More owner occupants can be a good sign as they are heavily invested in the quality of life and daily affairs, but I have had great long term renters in condos, too. 

I want REI to help get me some more time back in my life and definitely build long-term wealth.

I live in Garner,NC and Im looking for a change in my life.Currently I work on tugboat in the area of NYC, gone away from my family 2/3 of the year making decent money, but being gone, not enjoying life is getting to me slowly.

If not, are there tips you can share on how to judge how much life is left in your furnace/boiler or central air system?

Anyone out there want to take me under their investment wings and help me change my life and those around me!

My goal going in was just to pick up something from listening and believe that I have grasped a couple business/life changing aspects.

Your top priority in your life right now is to protect your family, the best way for you to do that is to finish school, not get into real estate!!!
