If I had the podcasts, blog posts and forums when I started (not to mention the decade+ edge you have on me, since I started in my late 20's) I feel like I would've have gotten to financial freedom MUCH sooner.

I work in healthcare by day, and I'm looking to achieve significant financial success through real estate as a means of paying down student loan debt and achieving long-term financial and time freedom.

It's depending on your financial situation and where you are at on your quest to financial freedom.

I'm 26 as well and have pretty similar goals of hitting my freedom number by 30.
