Financial freedom?

Grab @brandonturner's book on managing rental properties and you'll be good to go.I haven't paid for living expenses yet this year and I can't tell you how much more freedom I have!

However I may be off on those since I am prob forgetting/not accounting for some expenses.LLC: NoneProperty Management: YesReasons: Long term financial freedom, Take care of my Mother and Father as they get too old to support themselves.So here are some pointed questions to address if you would.How can I get the money funded with no experience?

If I had the podcasts, blog posts and forums when I started (not to mention the decade+ edge you have on me, since I started in my late 20's) I feel like I would've have gotten to financial freedom MUCH sooner. 

Just getting started, and looking to get on a path to freedom.

One tenant works for a Boeing vendor and the other in some form of healthcare, so both relatively stable and no issues so far.

Now we have a lot of freedom with where we put our money.

I work in healthcare by day, and I'm looking to achieve significant financial success through real estate as a means of paying down student loan debt and achieving long-term financial and time freedom.
